Job Description
We are seeking a Refrigeration and Maintenance Supervisor to join our vegetable processing facility in Bridgeville, DE. The supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system, production equipment, and boiler system.
Requirements
- 5 years supervisory experience
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- 3 years operating a large ammonia refrigeration system
- Prior service on an Emergency Response Team
- Prior supervisory experience of technically trained professionals
