1+ year of direct care experience, supervisory experience, and education in human services

Bachelor's degree in related field or 1 year relevant experience. 1 year in development disabilities or related education experience. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Case Manager - Scott County
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, valid driver's license, and background check clearance required
Residential Program Director
Three years of supervisory level experience, DHS Designated Manager requirements, and valid Minnesota Driver’s License
Direct Support Professional - BL Chaska
Must be 18+, clear background check, reliable transportation & valid driver's license. Good driving record is required
Direct Support Professional - Champlin
Must be 18+, have a background check completion. Valid driver's license & insurance needed. Unacceptable driving record will impact options
