Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN
Current RN license in IL. 2+ yrs experience preferred, strong communication skills & ability to work independently. Excellent teamwork & organizational skills are essential
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN
Must be a CNA, have a State approved course and competency testing. 1-year experience preferred
RA to CNA Program
High school diploma or GED required. Understanding of Point Click Care systems. Experience in residential care preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN
Must have a valid Illinois LPN license and 2+ years experience. Strong communication & collaboration skills are needed.
Certified Nursing Assistant
1+ year CNA experience desired, CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication & organizational skills needed. Literacy in English is required
Cook (Full-time)
High school diploma, ServSafe or equivalent, 3-5 years cooking experience
Driver (Part-time)
High school diploma or equivalent and valid Illinois driver's license
Server - 30 North
Weekend availability/alternating shifts, Basset certification desired
Activities/Life Enrichment Coordinator
High school diploma or GED required; 36 hour Activity Course desired but not required; previous experience in congregate setting or long-term care desired
