Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician
Current US medical licensure, board certification/eligibility, and US citizenship or green card are required. Requires basic life support (BLS) and DEA certification
Urologist
Doctorate in Medicine or equivalent; current MD/DO license; residency training (approved by VA)
General Medical Provider
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s required, 5+ years of training, and a current, unrestricted VA license. Must pass required certification and have appropriate credentials
Registered Nurse [Backfill/PPOL]
Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current RN license in a state. 1+ year experience in a hospital/medical setting. BLS certification
Staff Physician
Doctor's degree & board certification in family/internal medicine. Must be credentialed and in VA good standing. Current DEA & Basic Life Support certification required
Dental Assistant
Associate's degree or 12 months experience. 12 months experience within last 60 months as a dental assistant (private/military). 12 months of training in radiation physics, X-ray films, etc
Dental Assistant
Associate or certificate in Dental Assistant or Technician Program. 12 months experience as a Dental Assistant in a military clinic/private practice. Required certification from CODA or Red Cross
PRN / Locum Clinical Perfusionist
5+ years' experience and completion of Perfusion training. Graduate of Accredited Perfusion program. 320 hours/year of clinical experience is required
Dental Hygienist
Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Completion of a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program. Active and unrestricted DEA license
Cardiac/Liver Perfusionist
Licensed & certified Perfusionist, accredited education in perfusion/vascular tech. 40+ clinical cases/year. Competent in percutaneous cannulation
