Accountant

Proskauer is seeking an Accountant to assist with partnership accounting activities. The role involves calculating partner draw schedules, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with year-end audits. Requirements

• Calculate monthly partner draw schedules, quarterly distributions, and ad‐hoc special distribution calculations.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations for partner's equity accounts.
• Create partner withdrawal schedules, cash flow analysis, and capital contributions.
• Track and report individual Partner accounts.
• Participate in the monthly closing process.
• Generate and review year‐end partner statements.
• Assist with consolidated year-end audit of capital accounts and equity close‐out process.
