Educator, Wound, Ostomy & Skin Continence

Provide consultation and education in wound, ostomy, and continence care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and develop education programs for staff. Travel between PHC sites to support consistent, standards-based care.

Requirements

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Two (2) years recent, related advanced wound/ ostomy/ continence care experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Successful completion of the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Institute of Canada (NSWOCC) - Wound, Ostomy, Continence- Education Program (WOC-EP) or the Wound, Ostomy Continence Nurse Certificate (WOCN)
