Provide consultation and education in wound, ostomy, and continence care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and develop education programs for staff. Travel between PHC sites to support consistent, standards-based care.
Requirements
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Two (2) years recent, related advanced wound/ ostomy/ continence care experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Successful completion of the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Institute of Canada (NSWOCC) - Wound, Ostomy, Continence- Education Program (WOC-EP) or the Wound, Ostomy Continence Nurse Certificate (WOCN)
