Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a watchman
- Instructor training for NGV is highly desirable
- Good reputation
- Experience with recruitment / interview and basic knowledge of HR processes
- Good physical and mental health
- Driver's license class B
- Has the necessary maturity and personal suitability
- Is solution-oriented, flexible, independent, and responsible
- Is social and likes to work with other people
