Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering user-focused features that are critical to Quizlet’s success. You’ll lead a team of talented engineers and partner closely with cross-functional leads to shape product vision, drive engineering excellence, and build systems that serve millions of learners globally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, product-centric environment
• Demonstrated success delivering features that balance business goals, user needs, and technical sustainability
• Strong technical background in either full-stack web or mobile app development
• Effective communication skills — you are clear, concise, and audience-aware
• Track record of mentoring engineers and creating space for team growth
• Deep understanding of agile practices and collaborative team workflows
• Proven track record of strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
