Valid R roofing license and business acumen are required. Must represent rackley roofing. Customer relationship & proposal writing skills are important

5 years of commercial sales experience, previous commercial roofing experience, and strong negotiation skills

High School diploma with 3+ years in roofing. Climbing/lifting/standing involved. CRM/software proficiency is required

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5-7 years commercial/construction experience. Proficient in roofing system knowledge and project management skills

2+ years commercial roofing experience. Able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and maintain balance. Must adhere to safety procedures

2+ years of commercial roofing experience. Able to lift 50lbs and climb stairs. Must be a verbal communicator

Must be 18+, pass background check and drug screen. 2+ years commercial experience required. Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent
