This position is for a General Manager of a renowned Italian fine dining restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience as a General Manager in fine dining or upmarket restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership and operational management track record.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Fluent English required; Italian or Arabic an advantage.
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.
- Deep understanding of guest service within luxury F&B settings.
- Understanding of guest service within luxury F&B settings.
- Must have professional and detailed approach.
