Maintenance Supervisor- Apex Posner Park

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company's standards. The role entails managing maintenance team, assisting in employee evaluations, and completing work orders. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as EPA certifications Type I and II.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
• Maintenance Supervisors must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends, and holidays and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
• Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
