Job Description
IAA, a global brokerage company, is seeking Yard Staffs to work in the elements. This role focuses on detail-oriented individuals passionate about cars and a fast-paced auction environment. Yard Attendants will be responsible for vehicle checks, cleaning, operating vehicles, recovering objects, assisting visitors, and training. The position prioritizes safety and a smooth operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Upbeat demeanor and customer interaction skills
- Basic automotive repair/rental/construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs & regularly lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to respond appropriately to accidents
