Lead Siding Installer

We are seeking a Lead Siding Installer/Carpenter to join our team and play a critical role across factory and field operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong technical skills and a desire to grow their career.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience installing siding and building envelope systems
• Experience leading at least 10 full-building installations start to finish
• Proficient in operating a metal brake and fabricating architectural trims

Benefits

• Overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules
• 50/50 split of time working from Andover, MA factory and various local jobsites
