Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, or Organizational Development
- Proven experience designing and launching learning programs, workshops, or performance enablement initiatives
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning transfer, impact measurement, and development frameworks
- Experience managing learning systems or tools (e.g., LMS, feedback platforms, e-learning vendors)
- Familiarity with performance, feedback, and goal-setting frameworks
- Analytical and insight-driven, using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and guide decisions
- Nimble and creative, able to adapt quickly and design solutions that thrive in Relay's fast-paced environment
