Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive production management experience
- Demonstrated track record of lean manufacturing leadership
- Proven experience leading multiple complex product teams
- Superb technical aptitude in assembly and fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
