Job Description
The Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist is responsible for driving the color & curl business within the company. This role involves daily sales, creating customer loyalty, product knowledge, styling consultations, and maintaining store standards. The position requires extensive online learning and certification. Candidates should have a passion for beauty and a commitment to the company's values.
Requirements
- Determine customer color and care related needs and offer professional advice.
- Communicate about calls, visits, orders, sales progress, and follow-up.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.
- Maintain merchandising and store signage standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and share knowledge.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures.
- Travel to meetings and sales events (3x year).
