The Technical Support Administrator will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth of our firm. They will be responsible for providing support to 250+ end users on all IT systems and applications, maintaining the desktop, network, and server infrastructure, and working with the IT team to assist with infrastructure upgrades and projects.
