4-year degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business-related field. 5 to 7 years of operational HR experience in a manufacturing facility

Associate degree, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and proficiency in SAP-system software

Degree in relevant field, 2+ years of experience, and good communication skills

2-3 years experience in purchasing or procurement, strong teamwork, organization, and efficiency in workload planning

BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field and 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing and related production processes

Qualified high school diploma or intermediate school certificate, interest in technical relationships, and high sense of responsibility

Proven production experience, 2 years of experience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
