Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in a healthcare or technical setting
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to think independently
- Experience with installation and servicing of sharps containers or similar equipment
- Ability to train, mentor, and onboard new hires
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel overnight as needed
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours
- Professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity in patient-care environments
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred
