Job Description
Simpplr is seeking an experienced Customer Value Consultant to partner with customers across internal communications, HR, IT, and Leadership to define program strategies, provide training, and deliver platform enablement. This role focuses on serving customers from the last four years, implementing incremental value, and providing a clear vision of the ‘art of the possible.’
Requirements
- 6+ years in employee experience, internal communications, or related field
- 5+ years of technical consulting and enablement experience
- 4+ years of experience working remotely as part of an international team
- 4+ years supporting an international customer base
- 4+ years implementing and/or maintaining modern intranets or employee experience platforms
- Familiarity with project management concepts (project planning, budgeting, forecasting, time tracking)
- Familiarity with support ticketing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with project management concepts
- Strong analytical skills
- Active listener
- Able to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable with technical elements of intranets
- Experience using/managing a Simpplr intranet
- Comfortable using basic HTML and CSS
- Experience creating a digital implementation/onboarding program
