This position is for a Senior Cook at Skidmore College, responsible for preparing, cooking, and maintaining kitchen staff and equipment. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five years related experience/training in cooking-related skills, or equivalent
• Associate degree in culinary arts preferred
• Ability to read and interpret recipes, safety rules, and manuals
• Mathematic/reasoning skills
• Certificates, Licences and Registrations in ServSafe/HACCP
