Spero Academy is a public K-6 charter school located in Northeast Minneapolis and Brooklyn Park. Current Minnesota teaching licensure, Excellent oral, written and spoken communication skills, Ability to work with limited supervision

Current Minnesota licensure in Special Education, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with limited supervision
Elementary Education (K-6) Classroom Teacher
Current licensure in Elementary Education, Special Education experience, detail oriented, flexible, and professional demeanor
Speech Language Pathologist
CCC or CFY, Masters Degree in Communication Disorders, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Highly Qualified Paraprofessional
At least two years of college credits or an associate’s degree or higher required. Ability to work with students in small groups or one-to-one assignments and ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion required
Highly Qualified Paraprofessional
2+ years of college credits, associate's degree or higher, or passing score on formal assessment, PCA and CPI certifications
Achieve Program Specialist
BA degree or equivalent, experience working with students with special education needs, ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
