The Venue Partnerships Director leads the day-to-day execution of SpotHero’s venue partnership strategy across a defined portfolio and pipeline.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within sports, live events, entertainment, or marketplace technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex venue or enterprise deals and deliver against revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, ROI modeling, and collaboration with Finance on deal structures.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting.
- Up to 40% travel for partner meetings, industry events, and onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
