This position requires a positive and outgoing personality and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include providing change, pay jacks, and minor machine repair.

Requirements

• Serve guests efficiently and courteously.
• Greet guests with a smile and be outgoing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the designated slot section.
• Provide customer service involving change, pay jacks, and machine repairs.
• Be knowledgeable of company and property promotions.
• Comply with slot department policies.
• Must be able to identify unacceptable monetary transactions, registration requirements, and use a New Wave system.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
