Steakhouse Room Manager - Palace

The Steakhouse Room Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on quality control and exceptional service to guarantee a world-class dining experience. This role involves maintaining Wine Inventory, reviewing sales data and placing orders, working with Team Members on service improvement and ensuring adherence to high standards for Guest Satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years previous Food and Beverage management experience in a fine dining and high-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate Team Members to deliver a memorable service experience.
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work independently.
