Job Description
Stolt Sea Farm is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Agent for their Santiago de Compostela office. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing sales operations, and strengthening commercial relationships with customers. The position requires collaboration with colleagues and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
Requirements
- Contact with customers by phone or email.
- Manage accounts in the CRM.
- Verify customer finances.
- Manage international logistics.
- Manage shipping and logistics incidents.
- Communication skills in different languages.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
