Job Description
Stolthaven Terminals, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the technical asset management activities of a terminal, ensuring maintenance execution and capital expenditure projects. The role involves collaboration with asset management teams, refining standards, and overseeing the 5-year maintenance plan. The company is a leading global storage provider for bulk liquids.
Requirements
- Technical and/or chemical experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical environment
- Leadership experience, ideally in a capacity with some years in a leadership position
- Experience managing small CAPEX projects and/or leading M&R function in a complex facility
- Demonstrated capability for training employees, facilitating meetings, and project management
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Systematic, result-driven, team player
