Requirements

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Inspect subordinate work accurately and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Proficient in all related equipment preventative maintenance.
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, safety standards, and use trade tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
