Job Description
SweedPos is seeking a Implementation Manager to join their growing team, supporting their core product development and operations. This role focuses on onboarding new dispensaries onto the POS platform, guiding customers through setup, and ensuring a smooth implementation experience. They aim to revolutionize how cannabis retailers operate with an all-in-one solution.
Requirements
- Experience with customer onboarding
- Project coordination skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Hubspot, JIRA, ClickUp, Slack, Notion)
- Hardware setup/troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance systems (METRC, BioTrack, state-specific frameworks)
- Experience with cannabis or POS systems
