Job Description
SYNCPILOT is seeking a Partner Manager to build and maintain relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will contribute to the digitalization of the world, maintain work-life balance, and have a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The role involves partnering with internal teams and customers to build a strong network and optimize partner management processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Professional experience in customer/partner support
- Structured working method with high target and result orientation
- Initiative and quick thinking skills
- Hands-on mentality, team skills and confident presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, additional knowledge in Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
- Empathetic and persuasive skills, German (C1 Level), fluent English
