Job Description
Leads cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections. Organize and label electronic parts and materials. Operate and manage assembly and testing processes.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Trainer (CIT)
- J-STJ-STD-001 Certified Trainer (CIT)
- AS(!)) Internal Auditor Certification
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders
- Minimum 5 years in aerospace cable/harness manufacturing
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework
- 4 years of experience in installation of hardware and/or equipment as an Electronic Assembler or Electronic Technician
- Experience in reading/understanding engineering documents and drawings
