Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in positions related to talent development in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of succession plans, talent human resource calibrations, performance evaluations, and learning strategies.
• Intermediate-advanced level of English.
• Ability to work autonomously, resiliently, and with high capacity to execute projects independently.
