Payroll Processor - Corporate Las Vegas

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a Payroll Processor to ensure accurate payroll reporting. The position involves interacting with venue management, working with HR and accounting teams, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Responsibilities include data entry, calculations, approvals, and supporting audit preparation.

Requirements

• Assist in the processing of all payroll entries within Oracle.
• Input supplemental payment details.
• Calculate and provide data for retroactive adjustments.
• Audit electronic Timecards.
• Coordinate with Payroll Leadership team on payroll issues.
• Work with HR/Payroll team on data import and quality control.
• Contact employees with stale or missing checks.
