Job Description
Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a Prep Cook for a TAO Restaurant in Las Vegas. The role involves preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality and consistency, and providing excellent customer hospitality. Responsibilities include washing, chopping, and cutting ingredients, maintaining the kitchen, and following company standards.
Requirements
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of team members.
- Manage all food items by washing, chopping, and cutting according to recipe specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, kitchen, and venue.
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and communicate effectively.
- Participate in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable).
- Manage breakage and damage to equipment/furniture promptly.
