Account Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Account Manager to join our team remotely. You will take ownership of operational and performance tasks for our AI-stream content project — setting up accounts, inserting tracking links, monitoring workflows, collecting key stats, scaling performance, and producing reports.

Requirements

• 1 + year of experience in account or operations management (preferably in digital, media, or tech)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with structure and precision
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Technical proficiency with online tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics systems
• Confident in data collection and report creation (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)
• Clear communication skills in English - from upper-intermediate level
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mindset with a collaborative and supportive attitude
