Job Description
Branch Supervisor _ F&B is responsible for managing restaurant staff's work schedules, conducting regular inspections, and resolving customer complaints. They must have a graduate degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or Hotel Management, and 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant or related industry.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or Hotel Management
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in a restaurant or related industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within a restaurant or hotel
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Wiring)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package -Word, Excel and Power Point
