The Senior Relationship Banker assists members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting, including banking transactions, product sales, and offering excellent service. The incumbent performs all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements and with minimal supervision. In addition, the Senior Relationship Banker is responsible for developing direct and indirect sales growth, including but not limited to mortgage and auto lending.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in related disciplines, including sales, customer service or financial services preferred
- Solid knowledge and fluency in utilizing digital/virtual platforms to meet with internal/external contacts
- Strong sales, service and team orientation
- Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with solid basic mathematical skills
- Basic Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills
- Solid ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Solid ability to work independently, utilizing tools to find information
- Strong ability to participate, sustain performance and thrive on a high-energy team
- Highly adaptive and open to changes as the organization grows and its needs evolve.
- Understanding of financial products/services and industry regulations preferred
- Must enroll and maintain registration with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) under Tech CU’s company registration
- Holds a clear & valid Drivers’ License. Possesses current automobile insurance.
