Registered Nurse (NOC Shift)
Graduate of RN School of Nursing, RN Licensure in the State employed, CPR Certification, and 6 months experience in long-term care environment
Physical Therapist Assistant
Graduate of an accredited PTA program, current state licensure, and CPR certification required
CNA- Full-time Day Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, valid CNA certification, 6 months experience in long-term care environment (preferred)
CNA NOC- FT/PT (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
High school diploma required, CNA certification and CPR certificate preferred, 6 months experience in long term-care environment preferred
