Food and Beverage Manager
High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of dining room supervisory experience in a private club. Culinary certifications (food safety, alcohol beverage) preferred
Server
High school degree and 2 years of experience preferred. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Proficient in reading, writing and math
Line Cook
High school diploma/GED required, minimum 6 months experience, and knowledge of menu. Must be able to perform tasks during emergency situations
AM Line Cook
HS diploma/GED and 2-3 yrs of related experience. Flexibility for schedule and overtime work needed. Food safety and sanitation standards must be met
Bartender
High school degree & one year bartending experience. Must hold a legal drinking vessel certification & be able to work in a hot environment
Bus Person
High school diploma. Previous restaurant/banquet experience. Basic math skills are expected
Golf Cart Attendant
Must be available to work shifts between Monday-Sunday and have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
