Mechanic
HS Diploma/GED or vocational degree required. 2-4 yrs marine/automotive maintenance experience. Basic mechanical skills & math knowledge. Toolset familiarity a plus
Marine Carpenter
High school diploma or GED required. Wood/metal course pref. 12 months carpentry experience & 2 years boatbuilding/repair experience w/ wood knowledge
Electronics Tech
3+ years marine electronics experience. Strong understanding of marine communication systems & navigation. Troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
Gelcoat Patcher
High school diploma or GED required. 0-6 months of experience or equivalent education. Knowledge of repair tools is needed
Mechanic
Experience as a Marine Mechanic and a deep understanding of marine diesel engines required. Completion of a training program is preferred
Outboard Technician
Outboard experience required. Excellent customer service, communication, and detail-oriented skills needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fiberglass Laminator
High school diploma or GED. 0-12 months experience or equivalent. Knowledge of woodworking tools and safety procedures
Electronic Technician
HS Diploma/GED req. ABYC certification preferred. 3+ years experience in related field
Electrical/Mechanical Installer
Vocational or High School diploma/GED & 1 year experience. 2+ years experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 60lbs is required. Strong mechanical/electrical understanding desired
Marine Mechanic
Proven Marine Mechanic experience. Knowledge of marine diesel engines & diagnostic skills
