Estimating Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. 1-3 years relevant construction/preconstruction experience preferred
Groundskeeper
High school diploma/GED required. Team-oriented, physical ability to lift over 60lbs. Experience in landscaping/groundskeeping preferred
Cost Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business or related field. 2+ years experience. Strong analytical & communication skills
Construction Inspector
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of construction experience. Proficiency with construction drawings and computer tools
Construction Estimator
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 4+ years experience preferred. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are also essential. Willingness to travel is needed
Construction Carpenter
High school diploma/equivalent & carpentry app req. 5+ yrs exp. in carpentry. Proficiency w/ tools & safety is needed
Construction Inspector
Associate's degree or Bachelor's preferred. 2+ years construction exp. Strong knowledge of construction methods. Proficiency with computer tools
Financial Analyst Lead
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 6+ years of financial analysis experience, 1 year in real estate. Strong leadership & communication skills
