Job Description
Thurston County Commissioners Office is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to develop, manage, and coordinate activities related to the racial equity of Thurston County. This role involves working on DEIA Action Plans, policy development, community planning, outreach, and advocacy. The manager will serve as an advocate for the public on issues of racial equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in public program and policy development
- Demonstrated competence in public policy development and administration
- Current Washington State Driver’s License or appropriate accommodation
- Ability to use a personal computer and software
