Job Description
This full-service Utility Equipment Fleet Mechanic role involves maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding heavy truck, aerial equipment, and trailer mechanical systems. Responsibilities include diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements
- Maintain, repair, and rebuild motorized and non-motorized equipment.
- Perform scheduled service, using preventative and routine maintenance techniques.
- Diagnose and repair equipment based on specifications.
- Use mechanical, welding, and machining techniques.
- Track DOT inspections and conduct all activities in preparation and completion of duties.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Operate other related equipment, including communication systems.
