This is a strategically important territory where you will inherit an established footprint across the Thames Valley region and take responsibility for growing it. You will need to be based in, or within easy reach of, the Thames Valley region.
Requirements
- Educate financial advisers on the Triple Point proposition
- Develop and manage relationships with financial advisers, paraplanners, wealth managers, and influential market leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional investment solutions tailored to adviser needs
- Develop and execute a robust business plan for the Thames Valley region
- Fulfil minimum KPI requirement on a weekly basis for meetings and calls
- Becoming a valuable part of the feedback loop to enhance product offerings and elevate the customer experience
- Lead and inspire the team by serving as a role model, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Effectively manage a high volume of pipeline opportunities
- Have an exceptional understanding of the product suite to influence senior stakeholders in advice firms and when needed, strategic relationships
