Clerk of Works (WP22 Lahad Datu, Sabah)

UEM Edgenta is seeking a Clerk of Works for a site on site in Lahad Datu, Sabah, Malaysia. The role involves ensuring approved materials are used correctly, inspecting work against drawings, and reporting issues to WPC and ARE. This includes preparing inspection reports, coordinating with RE and ARE, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ensure approved materials are used, correct method and workmanships are adopted
• Inspect WPC’s work in stages as per the date and time requested
• Witness testing of all materials and work done as per the date and time requested
• Prepare a written list of any points which may require attention
• Inform WPC and ARE should WPC fail to comply with safety, health, environmental requirements.
