United Sports is a privately funded, 127,000-square-foot indoor and 72-acre outdoor sports complex in Downingtown, PA, that repurposed a historic airport into a premier regional hub for athletic recreation. The facility features 11 outdoor fields and a 3-acre indoor turf area, supporting a full slate of youth and adult leagues, clinics, camps, and tournaments for all skill levels. By providing ample, safe playing space, United Sports alleviates field shortages for local youth leagues and attracts participants from a 60-mile radius across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. Its blend of expansive, multi-sport infrastructure and community-focused programming sets it apart as a leading destination for regional sports development.

Lacrosse and Field Hockey Program Operations Manager
3-5 years of experience in sports event management or related operational leadership role, Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
