Business Lawyer / Contracts Lawyer needed to draft, validate, and negotiate B to B contracts. Will counsel and support operational teams, follow up on contractual relationships, and monitor regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac + 5) in business law or contract law
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same functions in a company in the distribution sector
• Strong command of legal English, both orally and in writing
