The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a Hospitality-focused MDS Coordinator to join their Preston Health Center team. This role involves initiating, completing, and updating MDS assessments, providing care planning assistance, and facilitating interdisciplinary communication. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Working knowledge of resident care and disease processes
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of current DHEC & Medicare regulations
- Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
