Job Description
LCS is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to assist the Executive Director in managing the community. Carillon is a large, independent living community in the Lubbock, Texas area, offering both assisted living and skilled nursing care. The role involves maintaining compliance, marketing, and developing a successful senior living community, emphasizing resident satisfaction and community involvement.
Requirements
- Assist the Executive Director in maintaining licensure and certification of the Community
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain positive relationship with representatives of government agencies
- Ensure compliance with corporate compliance and HIPAA directives
- Marketing & Sales Leadership
- Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in financial management
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to senior living community operation
- Ability to work with diverse public and interpersonal relationships
