Medical degree, active medical license, board certification, 5+ years of experience, strong leadership skills
Physical Therapist
Graduate of an approved PT curriculum, active CA license, and CPR certification
Occupational Therapist
Graduate of OT program, CA license, CPR certification, and strong Part B skills required
Case Manager
2-3 years of experience in case management, bilingual in English and Spanish, valid driver's license
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Graduate of an accredited OTA program, current COTA license, and CPR certification
Speech Therapist
Graduate of Speech Language Pathology program, practicing unencumbered, and CPR certification required
Associate Dentist
Must obtain CPR to complete licensure, English required, No DEA or sedation certification needed
Physiatrist
California medical license, experience in Worker's Compensation desirable, Board Certified Physiatrist
